Mrs. Maletta's class did a "skittles surprise" experiment. They placed skittles around a plate, then poured warm water into the center of a plate and observed the color of the skittles travel to the center of the plate and create a rainbow.

This week, the 7th grade homeroom continued their weekly meetings which use the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program called "Class Meetings That Matter." The topic this week was on "Bullying Behaviors in Me and You." Ultimately, students worked in small groups and created charts which consisted of situations and students then had to classify each situation as Bullying, Not Bullying, or Not Sure. Here is a picture of Brianna Montgomery, Roy Chigwerewe, and Evelyn Stong working on a chart together.
