The first criteria of being a leader is to practice empathy - the ability to understand and share the feelings of another.

Apparently, Millennials are "unleadable." I believe that's simply a misreading of the tea leaves. We can lead Millennials and Millennials can lead us. The issue is not them. The issue is the hand they've been dealt. What can help is us all practicing a little more empathy.
