In the above picture it's me and Louise Hay back in 2012. This is when the "I can do it!" conference visited Scotland, and I got a chance to see Louise LIVE on stage and even briefly speak to her at the book signing. I came to her with a copy of her famous book "You can heel your life" that I got at the beginning of that year after a friend recommended it to me, and that helped me to heal my life so much.

In the moment this picture was taken I was thanking Louise for her book and telling her that "I am now helping women scientists to heal themselves". The next moment she smiled and said: "This is wonderful".

Since then I have shared close to 30 books by Louise Hay with my clients and followers as gifts.
I also include Louise Hay's teachings in my courses and classes talking about the power of positive affirmation and how productivity is related to being kind, respectful and loving to yourself.

Earlier this month, on the 8th of October, Louise Hay turned 90 years old. I've heard there was a big celebration in San Diego, California on that day! Louise's teachings have affected millions over the years and helped them to heal their lives. When I saw her on stage 4 years ago she radiated an amazing energy and love (at 86 years old!!)

Today I want to share with you a free resource, a movie about a woman's live, her struggles and a transformation she experiences when she starts paying attention to her thoughts and choosing better feeling thoughts. It includes Louise Hay's teachings and interviews with her. I really love this movie, I have watched it several times and recommended to many of my clients. Before I started to work with Olga I had difficulties finding confidence and a piece of mind while sitting behind my desk. I actually spent a lot of hours, days, and even weeks in the office, but in the end I was not so productive. It was quite problematic to face all the tasks that were on my plate and I had a strong tendency to run away from it.
