The Brussels School of Competition is pleased to invite you on a Morning Briefing on The Judgment of the General Court in Lundbeck v Commission: A Critical Review on Wednesday 26 October from 8.30 to 10.00 in Brussels.

In Lundbeck (T-472/13), the General Court (GC) of the European Union issued its first ruling in the pay-for-delay saga. The GC dismissed the action for annulment confirming that payments from pharmaceutical originators to generic producers amounted to a restriction of competition by object.

This morning briefing will offer an opportunity to discuss the legal and policy implications of this judgment for the pharmaceutical sector in particular and for competition law in general. Come and join the discussion!
