 Session: Shut Up & Write!

When: Thursday, 17 November 2016, 10:00 to 12:00
Where: First Floor meeting room, One Campus way, Lincoln LN6 7TS

The concept is simple – this session is to help you set aside dedicated quiet space for you to write.

How it works:

We Book a room and (free!) refreshments in the room! You arrive armed with notes/ideas/paper/pens/laptop and tons of inspiration and then you have 10 minutes to drink, eat, chat and arrange your space.

Then it begins, you start to write for 45 minutes, after which you can have another 10 minute break to refuel and then back to writing for another 55 minutes and then you have completed your session!

The Rules:
  • During the writing periods, no talking, leaving or swearing at your notes is allowed
  • Mobile phones must be switched off and put away
  • Eat and drink as much as you like in your refreshments time!
So if you have a thesis chapter, journal article, conference abstract, poster to design or funding bid to write, you’ve come to the right place!
