Hope Remains' Blue Jeans & Pearls Fundraising Banquet
On October 13th, we held our annual Blue Jeans & Pearls fundraising banquet. Approximately 630 individuals attended, received an update on Hope Remains, while also learning about the incredible impact being made in our community. Many thanks to Marcus Lattimore and Jonathan Bright for bringing us a wonderful message of hope and determination. Several new changes were introduced that night, including our updated website and HOPE Points, our new merchandise program. We would like to thank all who attended, donated to and prayed for this special event. Mark your calendars NOW for our 10 Year Anniversary Celebration on October 26, 2017!

HOPE Points.... what in the world are we talking about?
Every item sold through Hope Remains helps us to continue our efforts at providing treatment to youth, families, and adults. In our complete transparency to the customer, we wish to share our philosophy of merchandising.
We correlate every item purchased to furthering our strategic vision of impacting the greatest number of lives through behavioral, emotional, mental and spiritual growth through equine therapy. In simple terms, every item purchased will have two values: the purchase or “sales” price and Hope Points. Your points will accumulate.

Each Hope Point equals $10.00 profit, earmarked directly to equine therapy:

Ten (10) Hope Points = 1 Therapy session for an individual in need
Twenty (20) Hope Points = 2 Therapy sessions for an individual in need
Thirty (30) Hope Points = 3 Therapy sessions for an individual in need

See below for examples of items that will be available for purchase soon!

Broken but Mending
"You have been a big blessing to us; more than you will ever know. When we met you, we were very broken in so many ways. Being around others made us feel odd. Being around you even 1 time per week gave us a sense of normal and that we were not being judged. Thank you for always smiling and being a friendly voice." ~ A text from the mother of a client sent to Dennie Hall, our Horseback Riding Instructor
Dennie writes ~ "This family came to HR a year ago during my darkest time. Neither they nor I knew of the others heart ache. The five year old little girl came for riding lessons, summer camp and recently to Jesus.  I had to take a leave of absence for a few months, but my little rider waited for me. She was offered to take lessons elsewhere, however she said she would wait until I came back.  I was so blessed by her attachment, not to mention her passion for riding.  After this little one told me she prayed to receive Christ, I had the privilege of sharing the ringing of the bell with her before our lesson last Friday, (October 28) my emotions were turned completely upside down."
On Saturday, April 8, 2017 Hope Remains will be hosting "Hope Runs Here", a 5K Fun Run/Walk Fundraiser. Mark your calendars and plan to join us at this fun event! It will be held at Hope Remains Ranch at 8:30am. More info to come soon!
