Please join us for the upcoming First Friday Sack Lunch Seminar, Nov. 4th at Noon at The Story Mansion (811 S. Willson). Sponsored by the Bozeman Preservation Advocacy Group (BPAG)

Saving our "Heart" - What Good is the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (NCOD)?

Challenged by growth in the heart of our City, Bozeman looks to the Design Guidelines for Historic Preservation and the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District for direction. Questions such as: where has the NCOD done it's job, where is it falling short, what opportunities are there for improvement, how does it help save our historic resources, how can it be used to guide development, and more, will be answered. Join us for a lively discussion Friday, November 4th at 12:00 noon at the Story Mansion, 811 S. Willson. Panelists will include Bob Rydell, Historic Home Owner, Chris Saunders, Policy and Planning Manager with the City of Bozeman and John How, KLJ Engineering and co-consultant on the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District Report.
