A week of change, database conversions and major donor tips!

Dear Friends,

When a week of extraordinary change leads to extraordinary uncertainty for so many people and we struggle to understand what this means for us, our families and friends, and for everyone in this country, I have never been more grateful for the work our clients do. Their work will provide support, solutions, and, in many cases, protection of the ideals we all hold so dearly, and for that I am grateful.  
 
I firmly believe that in this environment our clients and their work becomes even more vital and I am grateful that we can support the good work that they do with dynamic fundraising strategy. Our job is to be responsive to the current environment and to help them raise as much money as possible to be able to provide even more support for their various constituencies. 
 
More than ever, we need to work to protect, advocate for, and defend those values we hold dearly. 
 
The organizations we work for will provide critical opportunities for direct action, vital support, and equally important education. And we need to do everything we can to ensure that those people looking for a solution see that there are so many organizations doing important work that can be both a solution and a catharsis, offering hope, good will, and a real means for impact.
 
I remain inspired, hopeful, and empowered by what we can do as a sector to be there to support positive change in the shadow of what we fear.
