Dr. David Clayton, through his RX and Club RX Program, has been helping people change their lives through exercise and nutrition. Through his ‘If it wasn’t around a million years ago’ program I personally lost 24 pounds and went from 24% body fat to 16% all in the span of about 20 weeks. If you’re looking to get fitter and faster than you’ve been in years, definitely give this interview a listen.
