Dear Hampton Place Residents,

Below are the latest updates on many of the topics discussed over this past summer and fall. If you have any questions, please contact the Homeowners Association at info@hamptonplace.org.

Hampton Place Pool & Pool House/Clubhouse

In September, the Board of Directors met with Tony Valore (developer) to discuss the resident feedback obtained during the Aug HOA meeting.  Tony was very open to the feedback and ideas presented by the homeowners.  At this time, new designs are in process for a larger pool and a clubhouse, that if needed, can be built in phases.  Additionally, the costs of the new designs are in the process of being negotiated.  Once all information is available, this will be presented to the residents for future discussion.  No final decisions have been made.

One correction the Board would like to make.  It was previously stated Ryan Homes was funding the $350,000 for this effort.  It is actually Valore Builders who is providing the money to build the pool and poolhouse/clubhouse for Hampton Place.

Governing Document Amendments - Passed

Thank you to all residents who cast their vote during the latest amendment ballot initiative. Both amendments earned enough passing votes to surpass the required 75% approval of all residents to amend the rules (DCCRR 14.2.2).
  • Aluminum Fences - 89% Passage
  • Developer 10 Year Architectural Extension - 86% Passage
Updated Fence Guidelines - Include Aluminum Fences

Per the previous announcement, the "Design Guidelines - Fences" have been updated to include the approved design elements for Aluminum Fences.  These are available on the Hampton Place Website (hamptonplace.org) --> Homeowners Association ->  HOA Rules and Restrictions.  As with all structures, aluminum fences will require approval from the Design Review Committee prior to construction.
Development Trees

As part of North Ridgeville Ordinance, the developer is required to provide complimentary trees to all Phase II residents. HOA leadership has been notified that trees will be installed on resident tree lawns within the next 1-2 weeks.  Installation includes the tree, tree stake, and mulch. Water bags will be provided on per-case basis. A Hampton Place webpage has been created to provide additional details and provide answers to FAQs.  This will be updated as more questions come in.  Click here for more tree details.
Trick or Treat!

Hampton Place will be observing citywide Trick-or-Treat on Monday, October 31, 2016 from 6:00-7:30 PM. If you plan to participate in passing out candy, please turn your porch light(s) on. Please drive carefully throughout the city to ensure the safety of our children.
