Onto the next big thing!
With a successful conference behind us in 2016 we are moving on the next exciting events, the Pinnacle Awards! The Pinnacle Awards have returned to NSW and Vic/Tas for another year. QLD have now joined the party and will be holding their inaugural awards night next month.

| Personal Insolvency Statistics |
The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) released the September personal insolvency statistics on 27 October.
Pleasingly the number of people that entered a personal insolvency decreased from the prior quarter in NSW, Vic, Qld, and SA. In Regional ACT, NT, WA, Tas numbers were up.
Of significant importance to many AICM members is an increase of business related personal insolvencies in NSW, ACT, Vic, Greater Brisbane, SA, NT, Regional WA and Tas. Decreases were seen in Regional Qld,and Perth.

| Pinnacle Awards - Don't forget to Nominate! |
Nominations are now open for the 2016 Pinnacle Awards in NSW, Vic/Tas and for the first time in Qld.
The 2016 Pinnacle awards winners will be selected via a judging process and open voting, full details of the judging process can be found on the website.
The categories include
- Credit Manager of the year
- Credit Supervisor of the year
- Senior Credit Officer of the year
- Recruitment Consultant of the year
- Legal Representative of the year
- External Collections/ Mercantile Agent of the year
- Consultant of the year e.g Sales Representatives or
BDM's
- The High Five Award
The awards seek to recognise Credit Professionals at all levels and functions within the Credit Industry.

| Another record conference! |
The 2016 National Conference was the largest conference AICM has held on the Gold Coast and our largest President's dinner ever.
A summary of the conference highlights is included in the links below and photos and presentations can now be accessed on the Credit Network. Note: if you are not already a Credit Network member you need to sign up to, it will only take a moment, it's free and is another way to stay up to date.
Please take the time to complete the survey below, even in you didn't attend, this will drive planning for next year's conference and our 2017 calendars.
We look forward to seeing you all at the 2017 conference being held in Canberra on the 11th - 13th October where we will celebrate our 50th year since the incorporation of AICM.

| 2016 Women in Credit Luncheons |
Thank you to the hundreds of Women in Credit that attended luncheons around Australia this year.
The 2016 WINC luncheons were a huge success in every division as we moved to WA and SA for the inaugural events this year.
NSW, QLD and VIC saw great attendances following on from the 2015 events with the help of our sponsors Veda, Results Legal and NCI.
Together the WINC functions raised over $7,000 for charities focused on helping women.
