2017 Regina Cat Rescue calendar available now!
The 2017 Regina Cat Rescue (RCR) calendar is now available for purchase! The calendar features cats from our trap, neuter, return and foster home programs. It makes an excellent gift and all proceeds help RCR care for Regina's abandoned cats and kittens. Get your calendar for $20 at 11 locations around Regina - and a big thank you to all the shops and clinics for their support in selling the 2017 calendar on RCR's behalf!
Thanks also to the volunteers who helped make the calendar possible including Sabrina Millis for calendar photography, Justin Swedberg for calendar design, Madeline Bates for coordinating the project and our wonderful foster and forever homes.

Foster homes needed!
The number of cats living on the streets in need of rescue is greatly outpacing our foster home capacity, and with cold weather settling in, there are many more cats who need immediate help. You can save a life by opening your home to a cat in need. We also need respite foster homes to take in cats over the holiday season when current foster homes go away on vacation. Peak holiday season is Dec. 17 – Jan. 7. If you can act as a short-term foster home over this time frame, please email us today. More information about fostering is available here.

November's Metro Cat
Thanks to Metro Pet Market for Spaying It Forward! This month, Metro paid for Sheba's spay surgery as part of their on-going mission to foster responsible pet guardianship. Sheba is a shy but sweet kitty who found herself homeless when her owner died suddenly and had no plans for his pets. Now Sheba is spayed and ready for her forever home. View her adoption profile here and for more info about Metro Pet Market, please visit metropetmarket.ca.
