Dining Out This Season?

With so much on offer in the Niseko area it can be hard to choose the best places to dine out during your ski season. But if your looking for high quality, authentic Japanese food, look no further than Kabuki. In Kabuki 1 you will have the unique experience of turning the finest of locally sourced ingredients into traditional dishes, such as Okonomiyaki and Teppanyaki, on your very own teppan/hot plate. Alternatively have a range of incredible dishes cooked for you in Kabuki 2, by the resident master chef. Either way you're guaranteed a great meal, these restaurants come highly recommended and are reservation only. Begin booking a table as soon as the season officially begins, between the 10th and 15th of December.

Events

There will be a number of exciting Christmas events around the Niseko region during the festive season!

20-25th December: Christmas Events will be held in Grand Hirafu, Niseko Village and Annupuri Ski Resort. These will will include snow candle lighting and Christmas gifts being handed out.

31st Dec-3rd Jan: New Year's Events will also be held in Grand Hirafu, Niseko Village and Annupuri Ski Resort. There will be fireworks and torchlight skiing, as well as traditional Japanese ceremonies. These include Kagami-biraki (Open The Mirror), a good luck ceremony involving the opening of a cask of sake, along with rice-cake making, and a visit to the New Year's shrine 'Hatsumoude'.
