A couple weeks ago, I let you know that Market Dimensions is moving to a new home. Our new office will be at 4320 Morsay Drive, at the corner of Morsay Drive and Maray Drive. Our space is now ready for us, with most of the last important pieces falling into place this week.
As a result, we expect to make our move on Friday, November 11. We had our eye on this date for some time since it is Veteran’s Day, a federal holiday and a day when no banking is done. This makes it about as convenient as possible for a company where every day is payday for our clients.
We are aware of one unusual hiccup relate to our move this week. Like so many businesses, we rely on internet and phone connectivity. Comcast has been an excellent provider for us for several years, and we expect that they will be for many more years. But we apparently have less control than we might have thought over how and when they can execute a transition to our new location.
We now understand that we may have some disruption in phone service during the latter part of this week. We are doing all that we can to minimize that disruption, but we wanted you to be aware of the possible difficulty and ask for your patience with us. It is most certainly a short, temporary situation.
We are making arrangements for our main phone line and fax lines to be answered. But we may not have the same number of lines available, and we may not be answering those phone in the same place that the work is being done. If we have to ask you to allow us to return your call, we hope you understand. In all cases, we expect that we can be reached at payroll@marketd.com. In fact, for the remainder of this week, this will likely be the best way to communicate with us.
