Hi <<First Name>>,

It's official. The holidays are right around the corner, which means some of our favorite holiday dishes are practically on our plates. While all of us dream about our favorite holiday meals all year long, we also dread the holiday weight gain! And as it turns out, according to a recent New England Journal of Medicine study, weight gain during the holidays is a very real thing that happens all around the world.

But have no fear! We have a solution. Join us this holiday season in finding more ways to say yes to the flavorful and nutritious by serving some of our favorite and healthy holiday swaps. These tasty twists on some holiday favorites are guaranteed to give you and the ones you love flavorful holiday dishes without any of the holiday guilt ... or extra pounds.
1. Instead of oil-heavy pumpkin bread, try our heavenly butternut squash muffins. These delicious muffins sacrifice nothing in the flavor department and send your vitamin A and C intake through the roof.
2.  Ditch the mashed potatoes laden with butter and cream for our crowd favorite, cauliflower-spinach mash.  With dash of sriracha and topped with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, this veggie-forward side will have your family wondering why they ever ate anything else.
3. Say goodbye to greasy cocktail meatballs and serve your guests these mini chicken and kale meatballs. With a secret helping of vitamin A, K and C, these treats will keep your guests’ stomachs full without weighing them down.

But Wait, There's More!
So now that we've highlighted some fantastic and healthy holiday swaps, we're excited to spotlight a fantastic Olivia's customer and share her tips on some healthy holiday cooking ideas!
Meet Jen
Mom Extraordinaire, Healthy Food Aficionado, Lover of New Recipes and Holiday Decorating Devotee
Favorite thing about the mini chicken and kale meatballs swap: “I love how flavorful these meatballs are. They're so much lighter than your standard all-beef meatball, so I feel better and healthier after eating them. And I love how they don't get drowned in heavy sauce!”

Why she’s part of the Olivia’s family: “I was initially attracted to the brand when I heard they were based out of Massachusetts, the state I've called home for the last 18 years. The mission of giving back really resonated with me and became my motivation to get involved with community organizations in my area, such as The Longest Day, which benefits the Alzheimer's Association.”

On staying healthy during the holidays: “It can be tough because the holidays are when people tend to binge. I try to sneak healthy ingredients into each meal
things that are flavorful yet still health conscious. For example, I will always use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil.”

Favorite thing about the holidays: “That's easy, being with my family. I love the experience of the holidays
all the decorating, cooking the delicious meals and the feeling of having a full house (and a full stomach)!”
