Our very own Jill Gordon is being honored with the Lifestyle Change Award from the American Heart Association. The 2016 Metro Jackson Heart Walk is November 12 and Jill is raising money for the AMA. This is a FREE 3 mile run or walk and a free kids Fun Run. Follow this link to her Donations Page or contact Jill for more info.

This month's yard of the month has an elegantly manicured yard with hedges perfectly groomed.  Grass is uniform in color and height.  Entrance is flanked by well matched Evergreens.  Job well done!

Announcements:
  • If you have a Garage Sale sign, please return it to the clubhouse.
  • Remember to set your clocks back one hour this weekend (Sunday at 2:00 a.m.) and gain an extra hour's sleep. If you forget, you'll be an hour early to church and/or work next week!
  • Get out and vote on Tuesday, November 8 ~ Be sure to take your ID.
  • Burning is prohibited in Hidden Hills; remember we are under a Burn Ban due to the drought.
  • The HOA purchased a new treadmill for the work-out room. Please keep it clean by using the disinfecting wipes provided.
Fall Decor...

Tricia Harris (along with her assistant Doug Harris) graciously decorated the entrances to the neighborhood and the clubhouse. The decorations will remain until Thanksgiving. Supplies were purchased with proceeds from the Garage Sale.

Volunteers Needed!!!

The Hidden Hills Annual Meeting takes place each January. Nine residents are elected to serve on a one-year basis to manage and administer the Association's affairs. A neighborhood as large as Hidden Hills requires community input and participation to be effective. For more information, please contact Homer Burns. 
Events and Activities
 
The Board of Directors meets on the second Tuesday for the monthly board meeting. All are welcome to attend. If you wish to bring a matter before the board, please contact the office to be put on the agenda. 

A group of Hidden Hills men get together on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month to play poker. If you wish to join the group,please contact Ray Leninger.

Ladies meet on the 3rd Thursday at the clubhouse to play games and enjoy a delicious meal. If interested in attending,
please contact Alice Leninger.
