Latest consent figures are out and residential construction in Canterbury is dropping; sales of townhouses - more price-driven - have plummeted...

Hi <<First Name>>

Mike Greer is reported as saying:

"We won't be undertaking any large multi-unit developments in Christchurch for the forseeable future. They're the first to be impacted with the slowdown because the market for them is price-driven.

"With a kind of over-supply of housing starting to happen, stand alone houses are coming back a bit in price, and that's making attached units less popular."

If the Funnel is starting to dry up, you must market your products and services because as sure as rain, your will be marketing theirs, and they will take revenue you should be getting.

The Building Guide:
  1. Specifically targets people who are in the market for your products.
  2. Is beautifully designed so your product looks great sitting within it.
  3. Has great, informative content so your market wants to read it.
  4. Has a long shelf-life and is reasonably priced to ensure a good ROI for you.

Because our readers are people who are in the process of building or renovating (NOW), they're buying products - quality building and fit out products, furniture and soft furnishings for their architecturally designed house - NOW!

Our latest Design Guide (#7) -  has sold out already in many shops around the country and a second shipment has had to be rushed in.

We're busy on our next edition (#8), due out end of October, with a theme of Redefining Luxury, taking in examples of the latest thinking from around the Pacific Rim, including California, Australia and Vietnam, as well as New Zealand.

This latest issue blew people away with its stunning content featuring award-winning architects from New Zealand, Australia and elsewhere, and superb photography.

Here's what we're currently looking at for our draft cover for the next issue (ranked third best home in the world in the World Architecture Awards) - it's going to be an amazing edition.

The Building Guide Website keeps getting more readers!

Traffic continues to build up from the last email I sent out by around 1500 more people per month and now hitting around 23,500 kiwis each month.

Almost 6000 of them return for more information and to look for products and services for their project.

They come back because they're building: we don't do recipes.

We are #1 on Google for 'Cost of Building in NZ' and 'Exterior (and Building) Cladding', 'Building Advice', 'Renovation Advice', 'Building Guide' and right up there for 'Building in NZ', 'Building Houses in NZ' and more.

Around 5500 people per month look at products listed on our site and almost 2500 people are looking at the builders on the site, too - each month!

We can put you in there, too, and it's extremely cost-effective.

Email Mirvin here if you'd like to know more...

"This project provided an opportunity to reclaim the front yard as a living space by making a denser floor plan at the back of the site, with more compact and private urban courts within the new footprint. It borrows concepts from the existing context but crosses them with a contemporary plan to stitch the site together and create more usable space."
