WEEK 9 NOTES
This week members will receive Black Drum.These fish are generally caught in the fall. These fish were caught using pound nets in Pamlico Sound. A favorite way to prepare these fish is to blacken them on the grill!
Members that signed up for crabs will receive Crabs and Black Drum.
