Hey <<First Name>>,

Ok... so I’m getting A LOT of messages from readers who are upset with me about the cliffhanger in my previous email.

My bad! Perhaps all this presidential craziness is going to my head.

Anyway, I’ve been reluctant to talk about something, but it’s way overdue, so here goes…

As you may or may not know, this whole “Growth Engine” thing has gotten way out of hand (in a good way).

When I first developed The Growth Engine process I never in a million years thought it would have the impact it has.

So far it’s been able to attract tens of thousands of new customers for all sorts of new and established businesses.

I’m still amazed every time I get an email from someone who’s excited about how they just multiplied their growth rate in a few months with The Growth Engine.

On one occasion The Growth Engine turned a failing affiliate campaign into a lucrative stream of new users, by simply running a few well-calculated, well-measured experiments (it’s wins like this that make the growth engine so exciting).

And I have to say... I’ve learned a ton!!

So here is what I’ve been holding out on this year…

I’ve been:

To share the accumulation of what I’ve learned building growth engines for a wide variety of online businesses (as well as the art and science of The Growth Engine process).

I’ve been resisting teaching this stuff for a long time…

I made the usual excuses like “I don’t have enough time” or “I’m too busy with client work to teach this to others” or “Nobody wants to learn a step-by-step growth process.”

And on top of all that… I’m a grade-A perfectionist.

Like… an all-consuming, everything has to be perfectly-perfect kind of perfectionist.

And because I’ve given up all hope of fixing that, I’ve conceded that I can’t go half-way with this thing. At this point it’s either “all the way” or not at all.

How I’m trying to learn from the past

Before I wrote The Growth Engine Intelligence Report, my clients and mentors kept telling me, “Kev, you HAVE TO write this stuff down and share it!” I was reluctant because I thought, “every business is different, and every person is unique, how could I address all the different dynamics and situations?”

But I DID go onto write the report… and it still shocks me to see it shared across Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I’m just now coming to terms with its impact.

It’s pretty clear now that it would have been small minded to NOT write that report. And I’m starting to think that not sharing what I know about the art and science of growth, and The Growth Engine process, is just as small minded.

So I’m seriously considering doing this

Despite my fears, hesitations, and perfectionism, I am seriously considering pulling back the curtain and showing you just about everything I know about The Growth Engine and how I run growth.

And sharing stuff I’ve never publicly shared with ANYONE about building growth processes from scratch.

(This is the knowledge every online business that wants to grow in 2017 needs to have)

If I do this, it will be a lot of work

I’m pumped to share this stuff with you… but I know well enough that my small projects almost always turn into big projects.

I’m only going to do this if there is enough interest.

So I want to know…

Should I do it? Would you be interested? Hit reply and let me know what you think.

Your feedback and thoughts are absolutely going to fuel this thing.

And I don’t even want to think about doing it unless there’s enough potential interest.

Anyway, if you have a second, hit reply and let me know what you think.

It would mean a lot, and I’ll do my best to respond to each and every email.

Talk soon,
Kev
