1. This ransomware uses your social media profiles to personalise its demands [15 Nov, 2016]
A newly discovered form of ransomware scrapes the social media accounts and local files of victims in order to tailor a customised demand, and threatens court action if it isn't paid.
2. Microsoft: Windows 7 is way more exposed to ransomware than Windows 10 [14 Nov, 2016]

3. Bad karma! Ransomware piggybacks on free software downloads [15 Nov, 2017]

4. Yahoo investigating if insiders knew of hack [Nov 9, 2016]
Yahoo said investigators were looking into the possibility that some people within the company knew at the time about the late 2014 theft of information of at least 500 million user accounts.
5. Network security company CEO resigns after “joking” about killing Trump [Nov 18, 2016]
Matt Harrigan, the CEO of San Diego-based network security startup PacketSled, resigned yesterday after a flurry of comments he made on Facebook went viral over the weekend
