Make Your Voice Heard on Drinking Water this Thursday
Thursday, November 17, a public hearing on the source water protection plan for West Virginia American Water's New River System will be held to collect public input. These plans are required by law thanks to continued citizen advocacy since the WV Water Crisis of 2014.

You can submit comments on the plan during the public hearing.

We have created a fact sheet to help you prepare your comments. 
What: West Virginia American Water's New River System Source Water Protection Plan Public Hearing
When: Nov. 17, 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Where: Fayetteville Town Hall, 125 North Court Street, Fayetteville, WV.

Written comments can be submitted to EEDSourceWaterProtection@wv.gov with “Protection Plan Comments” in the subject line. Written comments will be accepted through December 1, 2016.
