Share a Recipe with Your Fellow 'Lickers
If you're reading this, you love to eat, and maybe you've been chowing down a lot lately. You might even like to cook, too. That comes from the need to care for each other, because cooking is caring. Let's get to know each other a little better by sharing our favorite Saltlicker recipe/s. It can be for any delicious dish you want to share. Fancy or simple—a hack, a twist, a spoonful, or a few shakes. Holiday dishes would be great, but we want to see them all. You can include a pic or not. We're not fussy—just hungry.

Send us your recipes via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (#hihosaltlickers) or email by MONDAY, NOVEMBER 21. If it's a holiday dish, we'll share it in our Holiday Recipe Guide Part 2! If it's not for the holidays, we may share it anyway, or we'll save it for the perfect moment.

Name Our New  Mushroom Salt
We need help naming our new wild mushroom salt, with mushrooms we foraged from the wilds of Iowa: hen of the woods, chicken of the woods, oysters, shitake, and wood ears. It's unbelievable, and it's going to sell out very fast. We'll let you know when it's ready, but we don't know what to call it! Help!
