    SEASONS GREETINGS FROM HOLLY HEDGE!

We hope that no one is offended by this choice and please know that we know who you all are and are so heart warmed by all you do for us.

As a charity with core values of helping the wonderful animals on our planet we must not forget the planet itself, thus we have decided to think closely about the impact that Holly Hedge has on the environment and not send out any paper Christmas cards.

This Festive Season we would like all of our wonderful staff, volunteers and supporters know how grateful we are for all of their kind support. We could not have had such a successful 2016 without all of your help.

From all at Holly Hedge (two legged and four) please have a Purrfect Christmas and Woofing New Year!

HALF PRICE 2017 CALENDARS!! NOW ONLY £5

Our first ever Holly Hedge Calendar is now only £5! Order your lovely giant A3 size one now on Ebay, by popping in to the sanctuary or shop, emailing us or calling the sanctuary.
Thank you to all the lovely animals that entered the competition - if only there were more months in a year as you were all worthy winners!

This Christmas please think of all the poor animals without homes. We want to raise as much as possible to make sure that we can help as many animals as possible like Pepper find their forever home.

Pepper came to us as a desperately poorly stray needing urgent medical care.

Despite his state of suffering he was still full of purrs and keen for cuddles, which he clearly hadn’t had for a very long time, if ever

Pepper was so thin and emaciated with a dreadful skin infection. We were not sure if he would pull through but were determined to do all we could to give him the best possible chance of survival and a happy future

Although dangerously frail, overtime, with lots of medical attention and love from our team, he began to show signs of recovery. Not once did wearing his buster collar deter him from wanting cuddles, purring loudly through his cleft palette and there was no better feeling than realising he would soon be up for rehoming - it didn’t take long for his ‘forever family’ to come along and fall in love with him!

Pepper’s story is just one of many examples of our dedication to the well-being of animals.

DOG RESIDENT OF THE MONTH - LOLA

Lola is such a sweet little girl who just wants a quiet life and plenty of love. She came to us as she was becoming a little grumpy with 3 children around her. She really enjoys a cuddle with the staff and is extremely affectionate with everybody here. Lola is ok with other dogs although they would need to be relaxed and go at the same pace as Lola. Can you offer a forever home to her for her twilight years?.
If you would like to find out more about Lola then please contact us today!
CAT RESIDENT OF THE MONTH - SUKI

Suki is just the sweetest, most affectionate cat you could wish to meet! Poor thing was found as a stray, very underweight and dirty, and in desperate need of some TLC and attention from our vet. In spite of all he’s been through, Suki loves nothing more than cuddles & affection and is really enjoying his cosy bed and tasty food. Can you give him the special home he deserves? In return he will reward you with unconditional love and loyalty.

If you would like to find out more about this lovely feline then please contact us today!

A HUGE thank you!

We have had so much wonderful support from everyone this year and we are so grateful to you all - you know who you are!
2016 saw a range of people doing an array of different things for Holly Hedge, for example, Pip Sharp held her annual Pamper evening for us and raised over £600, Weston Rotary Club held a fun Dog Day & Show and raised £1,000 and Animal Friends Insurance donated a whopping £5,000!
