Folk Ensemble - 7th December

The Tri-borough Folk Ensemble will be presenting an informal sharing of their traditional tunes learnt during the Autumn Term. The performance will be in the Lyric Theatre in the Ruben Foundation Wing Foyer.

Youth Orchestra - 10th December

|
The Tri-borough Youth Orchestra will be performing music from Suppe, Saint-Saens, Beethoven and Anderson, in an informal concert at the Lyric Hammersmith. Come along and hear them play!

Vocal Celebration - 8th December

Three of the TBMH's vocal groups will be presenting a singing celebration, with a winter theme:

Staff Choirs
Audience sing-along will also feature to help with those endorphins.

Christmas Festivals -
9th, 13th & 19th December

The TBMH's annual Christmas Festivals will be taking place this December, with 400 primary school pupils performing festive songs, accompanied by musicians from the Royal College of Music.
RBKC Christmas Festival: 9th December, RBKC Great Hall, 2-3pm
LBHF Christmas Festival: 13th December, Hammersmith Town Hall, 2-3pm
WCC Christmas Festival: 19th December, Royal College of Music, 2-3pm

We have now completed the three preliminary rounds for Battle of the Bands, which featured some extremely talented musicians!
The line-up for the Finale will be announced soon, so watch this space...

Tri-music Together

Our fantastic multi-partner consortium Early Years music project Tri-music together is now in full swing. Please signpost this project to any EYFS colleagues in maintained schools, children’s centres, PVIs, and child-minders and encourage them to engage with the project:
There will be a host of training opportunities starting in the spring term.

The TBMH is grateful for all the wonderful support we receive from parents, pupils, teachers and schools. We exist to support the local music making of all children and young people. One of our targets is to further increase our profile in the local community, and we need your help in spreading the word to your colleagues, families and friends about our work in supporting and providing outstanding music education opportunities.
