Experiencing technical difficulties?
If you are having trouble accessing Communiqué, please consider the following:
- Password: Members and associates must log in to access Communiqué articles. Your password is your last name in lower case, followed by your SAC identification number (no spaces).
- Browser compatibility: We recommend using Chrome, Safari or Firefox to access the blog, since Internet Explorer users have experienced difficulties accessing Communiqué.
- Firewall: If you are attempting to access Communiqué at work, please keep in mind some workplaces have firewalls that could be blocking the site. Please try again from your home computer.
If you are still not able to access the blog after you have tried all of the above, please email Olga Novoa, Multimedia and Production Designer, at olga@sac-oac.ca for assistance. If possible, please include a screenshot of what you see on your computer monitor in the email.
