Dear friends,

In this time of uncertainty, stay strong in your beliefs and find solace in creativity. Remember what Toni Morrison says:

"This is precisely the time when artists go to work. There is no time for despair, no place for self-pity, no need for silence, no room for fear. We speak, we write, we do language. That is how civilizations heal."

West Coast Craft

It's that time of year again. West Coast Craft, one of California's most beautifully-curated craft and design fairs is this weekend at Ft Mason, San Francisco, all day Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 12/13. Come say hi!

I'll be debuting waterproof, outdoor Helix Lights in rose gold and navy, Cowboy Pretzels for your wall, and more.

The Year of Knots, Counting Down

The #YearofKnots has grown to more than 300 knots strong. This year-long work of language and learning is counting down til its close at the end of 2016 - although it doesn't really ever end, does it? The work just evolves.

I'm actively seeking a gallery, institution, or other partner to display and/or make the installation available for purchase. If you would like to work with me on this, please get in touch.

Recent Work: Helix Lights at The Rowan

I made a huge black Helix Light installation and navy blue wall clusters for the new Mission apartment building the Rowan. The interiors of this space, by Aubrey Maxwell, are highly worth checking out just for the next-level decor with art by Todd Hido, Paul Wackers, Jonathan Anzalone, Lareano Faedi, and more. For larger photos, see here.
