As of June 1, 2018 my charting/billing software is changing and these receipts will no longer be available after the transition to new software.
Let me know by May 19th so I have time to print a 2018 year-to-date billing statements from MindBody for those who may need it for next year's tax filing; or create and print SUPERBILLS if needed.
Please contact me so I can take care of this for you. After this transition in June, I will NOT have access to ANY receipts for any services rendered prior to June 2018.
Metamorphosis will be closed May 18th through May 28th.
