Beginning work for Werks Central Cafe
We are already onto the next stage at Werks Central. We are stripping out the ground floor and garden as a great place for creatives to meet and work. The 4 offices at the back of the building have been knocked through to create a large open space for our exciting plans.

New building early next year
From the end of January, we will have space available within this beautiful building in central Brighton near the North Laines. There are some wonderful offices within this building providing great natural light, views and some fantastic wood paneling. These range from 4-8 people in size. There will also be lower ground spaces available. These spaces will be perfect for start up companies or sound studios. On the ground floor, we will be using this as a desk space and co-working area. Just 3 weeks ago, the scaffolding finally came down at Werks Central on Middle Street. For months, we have had workmen working hard to bring a higher quality to the outside of our building and we are delighted with the results.

New signage up at Werkshop30
We are delighted that our signage is finally up over at our brand new building, "Werkshop30" in Brighton. Werkshop30 features a spiral staircase and provides a range of great office spaces overlooking Grand Parade and surrounding areas.

Time to talk befriending xmas single
TTTB won the best partnership or collaboration award in the 2016 Sector Star Community Awards hosted by Community works. They showed particular expertise in how to work in partnership to ensure effective service delivery. They are also launching a Christmas single starring local Brighton Legends. Be sure to go along to the launch on 7th December.

First Aid for Parent course this month
Join us for our last First Aid for Parents course of the year on Saturday 10th December in Hove. You'll spend three hours learning all you need to know to feel prepared in an emergency including how to deal with choking, burns, CPR and recognising meningitis. Desk spacer fundraising for the School Bus project
Ricky Purnell of IDExTech, one of our desk spacers over at The Werks is fundraising for the School Bus project for refugees. He is doing this via a Poem A Thon event at the Komedia in Brighton. This event will take place on the 11th of December and you can find out more about the event and it's participants here. Our vision is to create a truly transparent lettings portal, with tools for landlords and agencies to manage their portfolio and reputation through reviews and recommendations. The Democratic Society move to Werkshop30!
The Democratic Society, previously based within Werks Central on Middle Street have moved. They are now based within our brand new building on Grand Parade, Werkshop30. The Democratic Society thought that the time was right for a change of location and were delighted to find out that we were opening a brand new building just 10 minutes from Werks Central. We are delighted that they are happy in their new space.

The people of Brighton & Hove gather together to make paper and willow lanterns to carry through their city and burn on the beach as a token for the end of the year. This happens every year on the shortest day of the year.
