Briny snacks are one of Iberia's most delectable treats.  After a long hiatus, we now have Spanish Table brand lemon-stuffed olives.  And finally, a range of Ybarra Manzanilla olives are back in stock, including plain, pitted, large tins of Anchovy-stuffed, and jars of Piquillo Pepper stuffed.    

  Luscious Portuguese and Spanish meats and cheeses make hearty snacks and sandwiches.  In Paris-Madrid Grocery's refrigerators are now a selection of Goulart's Portuguese style linguica and chourico.   Spicier than Spanish chorizo, these are semi-cured sausages that must be cooked before eating.  Excellent on the grill at tail gate parties, or in soups.   We've also restocked Bilbao Chorizo, Cantimpalito, Chistorra, along with Soria style sausages.  We have ham bones for soups and stews!
  Our cheese case now includes Portuguese specialties including Beira, Ilha Azul, Sao Jorge and Sao Miguel queijos.   From Spain, Tetilla cheese is back.

Beans for stew season.  Authentic D.O.P. Faba Asturiana (Asturiana Fabada beans). Fabada stew is a homey comfort food on a cold night.   Made with a mixture of meats - we also have the complete Fabada meat assortment, - herbs and beans, it is simmered for hours.   You can substitute a cheaper bean, but the authentic faba stays intact even after hours of cooking.    
   We now also have Portuguese Lupini beans in jars.  Plain and with piri-piri.

  Who doesn't enjoy sweets?   Our Iberian holiday sweets include Mantecados and Polvorones, Turron Duro and Turron Blando, Praline de Crema Catalana.   Find Mazapan figures, Hojaldres de Astorga and a special collection of Basque cookies on our shelves.   Almond nougat-stuffed wafers.  Rabitos are back in stock!   From Portugal, sugar coated almonds.
   Horchata de chufa has arrived.
