As the year winds down and we wonder how it passed by so quickly, it is healthy and wise to pause and reflect on where we are, what we’ve done, if we’ve accomplished what we intended, and are making the strides we want to in our lives.  It’s more than just a checklist.  Using “mindfulness” can help us improve our effectiveness and enjoy our journey along the way.

The wait is over! Punch Pizza in Vadnais Heights Opens TODAY (November 14th)!! Over the weekend, Punch hosted a well attended charity event with proceeds going to Children's Cancer Fund. We are excited to welcome them to the community. Punch Pizza Vadnais Height is located at 1018 E. Highway 96.
