This international week of Coding celebrates learning computer science and computational thinking. We are one of thousands of schools worldwide who will spend an hour learning how to code on and off computers.
As part of this week, Mrs Anzulovich invites you to a parent and kid workshop on
Learning on your family iPad.

Your family ipad is a revolutionary learning device, come learn as a family how to maximize the learning fun. Our evening session will cover some great learning apps and it will highlight Scratch Jr. – a fantastic app to teach coding at a very young age. Please RSVP to amy.anzulovich@assumptionschool.com
2. SPEAKER JESSE MILLER on SOCIAL MEDIA SAFETY
A valuable session for parents will be offered by Jesse Miller at Citadel Middle School from 7:00 to 8:00 pm on November 29th. This is very valuable for all parents who have children or children's friends that own and use technology (smart phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) We have been asked by Citadel Middle School to provide them with the number of our OLA parents that will be attending.
