Classic!

SWU education faculty member Keith East represented SWU in style at the Easley Christmas Parade, driving his 1930 Ford Deluxe Model A coupe. At the wheel is Keith's wife, Bonnie East. Keith said it was a bit too cold for taking passengers in the car's rumble seat!
A matching gift has been received to create the lighting, sound and support infrastructure for the new amphitheater, and with it the opportunity for the facility to have a name. A dedication service will be slated for April for the Clyde Dupin Celebration Amphitheater.
Evangelist Dr. Clyde Dupin has a long history with SWU and to celebrate the completion of this facility with his name on it is a joy and honor for our campus. When complete, this project will support music, preaching, activities, movies, speaking engagements, outdoor classes, homecoming events and even community events. It will be an amazing addition to campus and our community.
Keeping up with construction of SWU's new residence hall can now be done in real-time with a live video feed. Special thanks to Ryan Garrett and the IT staff and also Brad Bowen, director of campus safety, for working with Absolute Technologies to get this camera installed.
