A Special Audio Message from Fr. Eric!

Fr. Eric recorded a message for all our parishioners wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving, sharing some thoughts on Advent, which begins this weekend, talking about our theme and our Sunday Mass time change.
Sunday 8:30am Mass Time is Changing

Parishioners, you requested less congestion entering and leaving the parking lot... more time after Mass to visit and enjoy fellowship with other parishioners. …more pancake breakfasts, social events and Formation sessions... and time to feel less rushed after Mass... Well... WE HEARD YOU!!

Beginning Sunday, January 1st,
the 8:30am Mass will be celebrated at 8:00am

Commitment Weekend Thank You!

This past weekend Fr. Eric talked to us about what he wants us to be as a parish, one of "meeting people where they're at." He told us about how we do so much for the community at no cost because for so many people, this is their second home. He asks us to be like Jesus remembering the good thief on the cross, and "remember" those who seek to be part of our community. He asked us to re-commit to our Stewardship actions of Giving, Praying, and Serving for another year. Thank you for your commitment to supporting the parish financially, through prayer and through service to God's people.

If you were not able to complete a Stewardship Commitment Card during Mass last week, here is a link to an online form you can do online or a link to a form you can print out and drop in collection, parish office:

Happy Thanksgiving!

Join us for Mass at 9:00 am. After Mass we will have muffins and time for fellowship.

Our Parish office will be closed Thursday and Friday for the holiday.

Taizé Prayer

Prayer in the spirit of the Taizé Community is a meditative form of common prayer. Gathered in the presence of Christ, we sing uncomplicated, repetitive songs that are uncluttered by too many words, allowing the mystery of God to become tangible through the beauty of simplicity.

All are invited November 29th at 7:00 pm in the Daily Mass Chapel as we take time by candlelight to rest in God, letting the words listened to and sung penetrate our being.

Giving Trees are Up!

During this season of Giving Thanks, parishioners are invited to participate in this year’s Giving Tree program. From November 19 through December 4 you can pick an ornament from one of the trees in the church Narthex. On the back of the ornament will be printed a “needed gift” that will be used to support one of eight local charities. Return your gift, with the ornament attached, the weekends of December 3/4 and December 10/11 at the designated site under the Giving Tree banner in front of the church.

If you have questions, please contact Cathy Olds at colds@stpatcc.org or 480-998-3843 x-116. Your loving generosity makes a big difference in the lives of those most in need.

As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord... IN ACTION!

Throughout the Season of Advent, we will be collecting white socks for the homeless. This is an ongoing need throughout the year, but especially now as the weather gets colder.

During the offertory we will asking parishioners to bring the socks to the altar as part of our theme: As for Me and My House, We Will Serve the Lord.
