Newsletter

Welcome to the December newsletter.
Apologies for missing out November's newsletter, but things were busy at picture framing HQ.
The Christmas rush is in full swing and although I can't guarantee anything new in time for Christmas, if you have something to be framed get in touch and I'll see what I can do.
If you can wait until January have a look at the Exclusive Offer and enjoy a large discount.
Have a read on and see what I've been up to recently, and see if it inspires you to get something framed for good.

 Previous work:

A selection of frames completed during the last few months...
Original Art
This handsome chap was brought in by the artist to finish it before giving to the customer.
Original oils can be framed without glass, so there's no mount on this one.

A large chunky frame often suits when not using a mount, so this black glossy frame with bronze insert was perfect for the job.
Photographs
The customer wanted to celebrate an important anniversary with a picture frame of their wedding photo alongside a recent one.

Even two different sized photos is no problem as I can cut the mount apertures to suit.
A soft white mount with black border was chosen along with a narrow metallic frame.
Wedding Knot
This couple were given a framing voucher as a wedding present, so they used it to get their wedding knot and photograph framed.

This was a tricky project due to the depth of the fabric, so I had to use a deep box frame and a spacer to keep the glass from squashing it.
I cut the photo mount as normal with a wide border, and then used a tag gun to fix the fabric in place around the photo.
A great memento of a special day.

Photos and Fish Hook
The customer was so chuffed with his catch that he wanted a frame as a memento of the event, so I
was asked to frame the three photos along with the hook used.
The middle photo is a microscopic scan of a scale which gives the age of the fish.
Double mounts were used for everything, and then a spacer used to keep the non-reflective glass off the hook.
A great talking point, I'm sure you'll agree.
