1. “Shut Up”!

Not only will one of my favorite songs off Paper Plane—“Shut Up”—be featured in an upcoming episode of Riverdale, it also has its own video, shot by Indio Martinez, in which I got to throw paper planes off a rooftop in Brooklyn! Check it out here.


2. A show!

It’s been awhile since I’ve played a show in New York and awhile since I’ve hosted a podcast, so I’ll be doing a special night at Joe’s Pub called The Anya Marina Show featuring a night of comedy and music (think: Storytellers meets The Moth). Please reserve your tickets now!

3. New song!

This past week comedian / bestie Nikki Glaser + producer / bestie Roger Greenawalt and I tried to work out our distress through songwriting and companionship. The result is either a protest song or a song about heartbreak—or both—but we’re calling it “This Is F*cked.”  Grab it here—all proceeds go to Planned Parenthood, an organization we love and support. Do it!
