The fortnight had the following events lined up for the students:

ASSEMBLY
STAGE 2C – Folk Tale from Eastern India
Students of Stage 2C discussed East-Indian Folktales during the Assembly. They used a folk tale from Manipur to focus on bravery and intelligence. Their presentation was followed by a graceful folk dance from Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
TALENT OF THE WEEK
Ronit Lal Isserdasani, Moulik Jain, Arya Shiralkar, Arnav Reddy Jakka and Gottumukkala Nishanth performed a song together as a band.
Sharvina Srivastava and Ishya Raju Manthena sang a song.
Vivikta Gupta recited the poem ‘Pushpkiabhilasha’
Aryan Reddy performed a dance to the foot taping number ‘Dynamite’.
Sharvina Srivastava and T. Sai Sahasra Reddy showcased their paintings.
Gottumukkala Nishanth, Divena Rajesh Chugani, Aanika Sai,Kolanu, Joshitha Reddy, Sharvina Srivastava, Ishya Raju Manthena and Saanjh Gupta performed with hula hoops.
Outbound Trips
The learners of Stage 3 went on their first ever adventure trip to the Ananthagiri hills, and were engaged in various games and team building activities.
Stages 4 and 5 had an enriching experience at the Bhongir Fort, where they learnt about the rich history of the fort and the dynasty that ruled there. The students also visited a dairy farm, Biogas plant, Poly house farm, waste water recycling plant and learnt about drip irrigation and the importance of conservation. 
Stage 5 -Field trip to Post Office
The students of Stage 5 interacted with the Postmaster, Mr. Shukla, at the Gachibowli Post Office, and posted letters they had written to their parents.  
Class Magazines- Creativity at its best
Students of all stages worked together to collate their literary and artistic work into a magazine that was a reflection of what each student was capable of.

Children’s Day- A day to remember
The teachers all made the day very special for the students as they acted, danced and sang to entertain their beloved students.
Green Day- Let us do our bit to save our Green Friends!
Students of Stage 1 celebrated Green Day, and showcased what they learnt about Plants to their parents, through songs. They then gifted a potted plant to their parents, and spread awareness about the importance of saving plants.
GLOBAL PERSPECTIVES- GOING GLOBAL!
 
The students of Stage 2 were engaged in a Skype session with International school Eerde, in Ommen, Netherlands. This session was a part of the unit ‘Families’ that will focus on the skill of Reflection.  The students from both nations discussed how they spend their free time with their families, and talked about the activities they like the most at home and at school. After the session, the students reflected on the similarities and differences between how they and the students in the Netherlands spent their time with their families.

Points to note  
  • Please do not send your child to school wearing expensive jewellery/earrings to school.
  • Please note that money for events/exams will not be collected by the teachers once the deadline has passed.
  • Please ensure that students are punctual in their submission of homework assignments.
  • Please ensure that the notebooks /textbooks of your child are neatly covered using brown paper.
  • As part of school programme, we take a lot of pictures during assembly, activities, classes, competition etc. These pictures are put up by the school on its website or on school’s official publications. If you do not want your child’s picture to be put up, kindly send in a written note to the Section Incharge. In case we do not get any written communication, we will assume that you have no objection to our using your child's pictures.
