Can the Big Wow help Justin to be tall in time, before the bullies catch up with him? And is being big really all it’s bigged up to be?

People Are People
Fri 9 Dec | 1.30pm & 4.30pm
Mon 12 Dec | 4.30pm & 7pm
Ages 13+

How do I feel? I’m not special like a snowflake. Maybe some people think I’m a freak, maybe I think that sometimes. I don’t know. It changes.

People Are People is an evocative new play for teenage audiences that weaves the real words, stories and voices of young people into a powerful exploration of gender identity. Genderfluid, trans, asexual, cisgender, ze and hir – what do these terms mean? What does it mean to be ‘male’? Or ‘female’? And what if these labels just don’t fit who you are?

Youth Theatre Sharing
It's the final weeks of the Youth Theatre autumn term and we’re looking forward to all the Youth Theatre sharings. Comets, Sunbeam and Moonbeam have been inspired by the picture book Free the Lines, by illustrator and children’s author Clayton Junior, and we’re very pleased to say he’ll be at the 10.30am and 11.45am Saturday sharings (he'll sign books after the show) and will also be around before the 1.15pm performance! Do pop along and say hello.
Gallery @ Half Moon
Talking of Clayton Junior, there's just a few weeks left to catch Colour Wheel, his fresh and striking exhibition that presents a lively journey of colour linked to visual narrative. Have you seen it? It’s a fun display of illustrations drawn from his range of children’s books, comics and magazines. The majority of the art is for sale and, with prices from £40, they’d make a unique festive gift.
