Hello Sunshiners,
It's official: I hate Christmas! Not all of it, may I add, but definitely the obligations, the commercialism etc. So that's why this year the Christmas tree is being chucked out and I want to do something different: I wanted to ask all members of Sunshine yoga to help me decorate my studio, by bringing a candle or an angel or both (fallen angels welcome!) on your next visit. Your favorite image on paper is good too. Please feel no pressure to do so but it would be great if you could.
And yes it's that time of year again... I will be free for 4 days at Christmas and 10 days in January (see below).
- December is XL month, so you can join in lots of double XL lessons if you wish.
- On the 16th of December we will have the last mantra yoga - "by special request" where we chant our favorites.
- Relaxmas: On 22nd and 23rd of December we will be having our shot of relaxation before Christmas.
- Yoga and trampoline workshop: This workshop, which combines the best of both worlds, is nearly full so please book soon.
- Limburg Spring weekend: Why not join me for a couple of days in Limburg in March for two days of restorative yoga?
- January 28th is our Foam roller workshop: This workshop is filling up, so please book soon if you want to soften your fascia and meet my new bff!
On a last note: I would like to spotlight the lessons of Monique Bass and yoyoga. She rents my studio on Wednesday afternoon for kids yoga. I love her and her work so check out her website if you have children.
