We can't believe we're coming up to that time of year again! How the time has flied!
This Month the team celebrated at the Moruya races for our Christmas party on Melbourne Cup day. We were blessed with beautiful weather and it turned out to be a great, fun day, had by all!

Christmas holiday period opening hours...
While things are starting to get busy please keep in mind our opening hours over the holiday season...

We will be closed over Christmas from the 22nd of December and will re open on the 16th of January. 
We would like to welcome our newest Employee, Annie Phillips! 
Annie has recently returned from her travels overseas and has been  working with us since. She is enjoying working in our office, learning and developing new skills in a different field of work. Annie looks forward to continuing to learn more, and see where this path could potentially lead her. 
Recipe of the month
Delicious Banana Coconut Pecan Bread!
Ingredients:

½ cup vanilla yogurt
1 egg
3 medium bananas, mashed (about 1⅓ cups)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1⅓ cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup shredded coconut

 
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, pecans and coconut.
In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, egg, oil and bananas. Add to flour mixture and stir just until moistened. Do not overmix. Pour into prepared pan.
Combine topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over batter.
Bake 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
