US Church Planting Update

A Note From Brother John

I am honored and thankful for each and everyone of you that pray and support the US Church Planting Ministry. Without you, I could not serve these young men as they plant churches. I trust you'll enjoy reading the latest on my trips. As you will see, I have spent the last three weeks visiting some of the church planters that I've been blessed to serve.

Recent Trips

First Stewardship Sunday at Mt. View Baptist in Danby, VT.

Pastor Steve Cheuvront asked me to come and help them increase their offerings and God did so much more than that! I was with them this past Sunday (Nov. 27th) and they had a record attendance of 50 in the AM service and a record attendance that night with 42. Additionally, 8 precious souls were saved! The Spirit on that day day was amazing and their response was exciting.

AN AMAZING SUNDAY

Florida

Visited the Moffetts and Family Baptist Church in Pensacola, FL.

While preaching for Pastor Allen Cotton and the fine people at Victory Bible Baptist Church in Pensacola, I met with Pastor Bradley Moffett and his dad, Brother Bobby. I was greatly encouraged to see how the Family Baptist Church is continuing to grow and reach their area with the gospel. God truly has His hand upon this precious family and church. They are supporting missions faithfully and I THANK GOD that they support US Church Planting Ministry faithfully each month as well.

	Anchored Hope Baptist Church Lima, OH On November 17th, I met with Pastor Anthony Rudolph and promised him that I would begin helping him grow this young church plant in Lima, OH. Pray that God will use me to help him and his precious family. The need is great in this area. I am impressed with Brother Anthony and his family. He has an amazing testimony and believe God is going to use him greatly.			Pickerington Baptist Temple Pickerington, OH On November 17th, I had the JOY to preach for Pastor BJ VanAman whom I helped almost three years ago. God is blessing this new church with great growth, souls being saved and missionaries being supported. They are supporting US Church Planting, which is a blessing and honor. The picture below shows their auditorium with new lighting as well as the screen, which our support made possible.			Bible Truth Baptist Church Athens, OH My last stop on this trip was to visit with the very first church planter I had the joy to serve, Pastor Troy Kline. I visited him on November 18th and rejoiced over what the Lord is doing in and through him. They are continuing to see souls saved and are actively supporting missions as well. I'll be returning there in April 2017 to preach a Stewardship Series for them.
