Online Check-in deadline - December 7!
 The deadline for online check-in is tomorrow, December 7. After this date you will be required to check in at the port, which may cause a delay in your boarding process.
Have your travel documents (passport, air travel and emergency contact info.) available for check-in.
Please visit http://www.hollandamerica.com/onlinecheckin to complete your Online Check-in, and your Express Docs will be available to print out.

Trip Specs
Please plan to arrive at the cruise terminal between 1-3 pm on Sunday, December 11, 2016 so that you'll be able to board on time.
After you arrive at the port and check in, look for the CWM sign. The team will have their CWM t-shirts. If you are an alumni, put on your CWM T-shirt from previous year to easily recognize you!

Be in the know
 Our first official meeting will be at 7:30 pm Sunday, December 11 in the Hudson Room.
A simple but fun meet and greet social and welcome. Backpacks will be given out and mission projects will be confirmed.
 Following the social we will ask you to retrieve all your donated mission items and bring them back to the Hudson Room for sorting. Please don't bring them back beforehand as we will need the space in the room for our meet and greet activities.
