Efeste Winemaker Peter Collaborates with Chef Aaron of Surrell!
In just a few days winemaker Peter Devison of Efeste and Chef Aaron Tekulve of Surrell will take you on a journey of food and wine. We couldn't be more excited about this collaboration between Efeste and Surrell at Whisk in Bellevue! This intimate Chef's Table experience is for only 16 guests each night. You will be right at the table and have the rare opportunity to interact with the chef and wine maker while this six course dinner with surprises is prepared and served.
This dinner will an exploration of end of the fall harvest and the beginning of winter for our wonderful Pacific Northwest ingredients. It is our mission to showcase the very best of the Pacific Northwest while also sharing my very favorite foods and tastes of this time of year.
