Rokeby Road unwrapped

The new-look Rokeby Road was centre stage last Thursday night as 15 000 people descended upon the town centre for the Christmas Night of Lights. The street was packed with people welcoming the festive season and enjoying the new Christmas decorations, including an eleven metre Christmas tree in Forrest Walk.

That's not all, a twelve-month trial of three-hour free parking also kicked off yesterday. You can now park in our Rowland Street car park for three hours, without paying a cent – just make sure you display your free ticket. That means you can stay a little longer, shop a little more and take your time finding the perfect Christmas gift in Subiaco this year.

From everyone at the City of Subiaco, have a very merry Christmas and safe New Year. There is lots in store for 2017, so we look forward to seeing you back in Subiaco again next year.

Psst…

Our opening hours will change slightly during the Christmas and New Year period.
Check our website for full details.
