There are 2 days remaining until the application submission deadline for the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP). The FY 2016 YHDP Applications are due Wednesday, November 30, 2016 by 11:59:59 PM EST. Communities should allow ample time to complete the FY 2016 YHDP Applications, and not wait until the last minute to submit the Applications in grants.gov. HUD strongly recommends that Collaborative Applicants submit their applications at least 24 to 48 hours before the deadline. See Section IV. If you have questions related to the YHDP NOFA, please submit your questions to the CoC Program Ask A Question (AAQ) portal and specify in the subject line that the question is about YHDP. To submit a question to the CoC Program AAQ portal, select “CoC Program” from the “My question is related to” drop down list on Step 2 of the question submission process.

The AAQ portal accepts question submissions 24/7. However, responses are usually provided between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except for weekends and federal holidays. To ensure you receive a response to your YHDP question, please submit your question via the CoC AAQ no later than 12:00 PM EST on November 30th.
