There will be cheeses, appetizers, chocolate, and wine to share as our local Pampered Chef consultant, Bonnie, demonstrates some easy holiday crowd pleasing dishes. Taste testing and wine pairing are included - a great way to catch up with your local SWE friends and get in the holiday spirit! Additionally, there will be an opportunity to order Pampered Chef cookware and supplies at the end, so this is a great event to help finish up your holiday shopping! We hope to see you there. Volunteers needed to support LEGO/Robotics Club at IPS School 55 near Broad Ripple
An afterschool program is recruiting volunteers for IPS School 55, located on 54th Street just south of Broad Ripple. They need volunteers to expand afterschool STEM programs.
One of their current volunteers, Kira, has been facilitating a LEGO/Robotics club for their students for the past couple of years. She is excited about the possibility of getting more volunteer support to help run her club - and expand it to include more students. She had specifically asked about volunteers who might have some expertise in drive trains.
The club meets once a week serving 3rd – 6th graders. She will take anyone who is interested, even if they couldn't make it every single week.

Rube Goldberg Event with the Girl Scouts
Save the date! Volunteers are needed to work with a small group of 4-5 girls learning about being an engineer inventor through short activities and an opportunity to build and test a Rube Goldberg type machine to perform a simple task.
