The Remembering Tree Revealed...

If you live close to Stratford upon Avon, you may well have now seen the GAGA UK Remembering Tree, and we hope you love it!
The location of this year's tree was revealed as a team of 10 volunteers helped with our yarn bombing extravaganza!
The tree is once again, in Bancroft Gardens and has a lovely view out across the river. It's a really beautiful spot to reflect, remember and celebrate our loved ones. We hope that you will agree.

We have extended the Remembering Tree this year and created a Woollen Winter Wonderland. This extension of the celebration of all the colours of life is a splendid sight! Visit Holy Trinity Church in Stratford to see it for yourself!
These trees together create a celebration for all those names which have been celebrated or remembered. Individually, they have been sponsored or created by a variety of business groups, helping to get the whole of the Stratford community involved. There are trees still available for sponsorship (by businesses and community groups). Please simply get in touch to find out more.

A huge thank you to all those involved with the Remembering Tree! This includes all those who have donated and celebrated a loved one; our knitters, crocheters and stitchers from all over the world!; our wonderful yarn bombers; and our business and community supporters.

We were lucky to have the wonderful In2Cultures African drumming group help raise some cash (and drum up some interest) for The Remembering Tree this weekend. The GAGA lion made an appearance too!! He is still in need of a name - please find out more and enter our name competition here.
