Full coverage of the 171st OPEC meeting can be found below, including a detailed look at the political posturing that nearly derailed a deal in the days leading up to the meeting and an analysis of Saudi Arabia's hardball negotiating strategy.

OPEC has scheduled a meeting with non-OPEC producers for December 10, in Vienna. Because OPEC's deal was contingent on non-OPEC participation, the results of this meeting will be key to the deal's implementation in 2017. So far, the following countries have been invited to the OPEC--non-OPEC meeting:
Congo

Egypt
Kazakhstan
Mexico
Uzbekistan
Trinidad and Tobago
Oman
Russia
Turkmenistan
Bahrain
Bolivia
Brunei
Colombia

Notably absent from this list are Norway and Brazil.
