I know, I know... everybody's telling you what you're supposed to do with your money this time of year...

Here's two opportunites to support incredible projects that I'm involved in.

We're looking for dues-paying members.

We're doing something incredible. We started it, and we're still doing it, and we want it to grow.
That's where you come in.

The West Virginia Mine Wars Museum has started a monthly membership program. It's our strategy for getting broad, consistent support from the people around the country who we know want to see our project grow and thrive. We know you're out there - hell a lot of folks I know still haven't even been able to make it down to Matewan to see the museum! But we know you support us and, honestly: the grant money is gone for now.

This is the next phase, and it's real. $10 a month is a big deal to us. More is even bigger. My personal dream is to nurture more museums like ours - independent, insurgent, dynamic, actual, from the people.

We do a lot with very little. Give us a chance to do more.

We're ready to ship you a year's worth of art.

We do this: year-long subscriptions to Justseeds, twelve prints in three installments.

2017 will be our third time running our Community Supported Art program, and it keeps getting better. Twelve Justseeds members donate time and labor to make prints on a theme that you can only get through this subscription. The money we collect from subscribers provides crucial, baseline support to our cooperative, so that we can do more, make more, and dream more.

The prints are new, fresh, original (I'm contributing this year)

They come delivered to your home in three timely installments, packed with care (I know this because I help pack them).

Justseeds is important, timely, and increasingly relevant (I believe this because I've been committed to this amazing group for a decade).

Trust me when I say we dream big.
Trust me also when I say that CSA subscriptions are worth it - for you, and for us.
As always, thanks for reading, supporting, and carrying on in all of the myriad ways that each of you are.
Also this,
Also this,
this,
this,
and this.
and this.

This area. It's always this area. Down at the bottom of the email, where nobody looks. I mean, I look down here, but usually it's to find out how to unsubscribe to the friggin' near-daily emails sent to me by some company that I chose for a one-time esoteric tool purchase that now thinks I want to turn their brand into a damned lifestyle. Honestly, do they really think anyone needs that much badgering in an already screaming world? It's enough noise to give anyone a migraine, you know what I mean? All these emails? They never stop coming. I mean you've probably already received emails about both of the above subjects from other email lists that you ALSO haven't unsubscribed to because, you know, usually you care about those emails. Right? I mean, I'm just saying, I do that too. The caring, the reading of some of these kind of emails and not others. So I mean it when I say thanks for reading this one, because I actually do think the two projects above are really kick-ass and deserve a lot of attention. And money. Because there's no doubt this is basically an email about your money and what I think you might want to do with it.

Oh yeah hey look it's that unsubscribe link you were looking for right here
go ahead and just pull the trigger already:

I will never forgive you, you know.
