Hello friends! Thank you to Susan for sharing the photo above with Leslie. It was shortly after that lovely rain we had last month. We hope there is more to come!
It's been quite a month and it seems the media stream won't be letting up anytime soon. For our Morning of Mindfulness on Saturday, December 10 we will have two guests from Santa Barbara leading the practice. Bob and Phill suggested the topic of "Are you sure?" We explore the teaching on right speech and deep listening in light of all the talk of fake news and misinformation in the media. It should be a great practice opportunity. Includes sitting and walking meditation. The Morning of Mindfulness is from 9am-11:30am. We hope you can join us.
In other "news" we are looking for sangha facilitator volunteers for December 26 and January 2. Please let me know if you are available.
