In Sanskrit, sat means truth and sangha means community.
Our satsang will be a cosy, gentle evening of meditation together, good company and vegetarian pot luck. Satsang offers a special time to come together as a community.
Join us for all or part of the evening to be with people who share a commitment to a path to inner peace, promoting greater mindfulness, love, and peace in the world.
Satsang is free of charge and open to everyone of all ages, you do not need to practice yoga or attend the centre regularly.
This is a free evening followed by a vegetarian pot luck. If possible RSVP or just come along on the night
